Everything was smooth until the day of my court date. I called them and all of a sudden it’s going straight to voicemail. I was in the dark for 5 days after my court date never received an email or call about my case until I called from a different phone number and coincidentally they pick up the phone and they asked for my number. I’m guessing I was blocked or something and after that phone call I called from my number again and suddenly it’s working after trying for 5 days which I’m guessing they unblocked my number. Other than that they were able to lower my ticket which I’m happy about but the communication was not good whatsoever after my court day. I emailed Ashley and Jeremy and never got a response from them.

Cotten Law firm worked to resolve my incident. They were able to get my charges dismissed without a court appearance. I was in contact with the paralegal and attorney throughout the whole process. There isn't a more efficient and cost effective attorney I would hire in the future. Thank you for resolving my incident.
