When I got a speeding ticket , Cotton law firm took care of everything for me, a big relief. They were able to reduce my speeding so nothing would go on my insurance. Great experience! Two months ago, I was driving very gentle on a single lane road with 35miles/hour. Then I saw a police car followed me with light, then siren. I thought he was chasing another people ahead of me because I didn't think I did something wrong!!! After a while, I stopped and the policeman gave me a ticket for "Failing maintain lane control and Failing to heed light or siren". After receiving several letters from lawyers, I decided to contact Cotton Law firm due to this firm has a lot of positive reviews. I visited their office in Fuquay-Varina and asked for help. They are very friendly and personable. The day before my court date I received an e-mail and was told that Mr. Cotton would e-mail me the results the next day after going to court on my behalf .That comforted me greatly. Around 8:30pm on the day of my court date I received an e-mail from Mr. Cotton himself with the results. I was told in the email that my case was resolved with a plea to Failure to Maintain Lane Control; the Failure to Heed Light/Siren charge was DISMISSED! Based on the remaining charge still potentially affecting my insurance. Mr. Cotton requested and was granted a Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC). I will not be assessed any license or insurance points based upon this disposition. No fine was assessed also. I just only want to pay the court costs of $191.00. Such a great incredible result! I would highly recommend Cotton Law Firm and will keep the information in case I need their services in the future. Although I hope I will never need them again...

I received a speeding ticket and Jeremy Cotten was able to get it reduced. I had to take a driving class and use my PJC, but it was reduced, my insurance was not affected, and I did not have to pay any fines. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Jeremy Cotten and his firm. I will plan to use him again in the future, if necessary.
