I found out about Jeff Marshal randomly on line. I lucked out because he turned out to be a great attorney. My divorce went very smoothly in part because Jeff has a very good working relationship with my soon to be ex wife's attorney. We were able to negotiate an agreement that both sides were satisfied with without having to go to a mediator or judge. I didn't even have to be present on the final court date. How great is that? Thanks Jeff!

With my permission, he used associate attorneys that have a lower hourly rate to keep the cost palatable. In addition, he did not file unfruitful motions as a tactic to run up billable hours. Mr. Marshall treated my case like it was his only one; despite the fact that I knew he had a heavy case load. He is a man of great character and does not exemplify the attorney stereotype of those seeking only to make a profit. Jeff Marshall is a very knowledgeable, personable, and caring attorney. He is straightforward and makes the legal process easy to understand. Another strength about Jeff is that he really understand numbers well and was able to help greatly with financial matters.
