The legal process can be lengthy and complex. I was relieved to have Seth Beckley help me arrive at a satisfactory conclusion to an injury suit. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, calm, honest, and communicated with me often. I initially wanted to give Joe Budd a positive review because he was very helpful and insightful during our 20-minute discussion about my case. He responded to a few of my emails when I had questions, but when I reached out to hire him to negotiate a settlement with my employer, he stopped responding. Despite sending three follow-up emails, I never heard back. In the end, I had to settle for what my employer offered, even though he agreed it appeared to be a case of retaliation.
