I received at least 20 mailers for attorney's after my daughter was in an at fault auto accident. I called Aiden because I could tell by his letter, he wasn't with a large firm and I could receive personalized attention. I called him, he was personable, professional, had a great sense of humor and went over the options on how he would handle her case. I hired him and he was very affordable. He also almost ALWAYS answers the phone and will follow up immediately if he misses your call. He went to court for my daughter and had all of her tickets dismissed with no points nor insurance increase. I highly recommend Aiden.

I'm from Pennsylvania and got a speeding ticket while on my way to visit my son in Wake Forest. I contacted Mr Toland to discuss the situation (for free) and he was very up front about what he would do and what he would try to do on my behalf. He did everything he said he would do and also got done what he said he would try to do and he did it in a very timely manner. If for any reason I would ever need legal counsel in North Carolina again I would call Mr Toland first!

Did hire Aidan for a citation for moving violation. He was very helpful in the entire process and to get a PJC. Even after the case was 'continued', he helped me to sort out some discrepancy with my Insurance. Very satisfied with Aidan's service and his willingness help me with my insurance long after I hired him. It's unfortunate to get traffic tickets, but in case you do get one, Aidan and his firm is the one to contact.

Aidan was one of the only lawyers that actually answered the phone himself. He was very detailed in explaining the probability and possibilities of my case. He went to court and exactly what he said would happen, happened. He got one of the charges dropped completely and the other charge reduced. Great Job Aidan!!!

Mr. Toland recently helped me to attain an expungment of a charge from long ago. He made every effort to explain all of the required steps and made several trips out of town to file paperwork etc. I am very happy with the services provided and will hire him again if needed.
