My experience with Rosen could not have been better. Once I took the initial step and spoke to Lisa she put me a ease providing guidance, gave me confidence to move forward and using her wealth of knowledge to explain what to expect in the divorce process. Her availability was amazing, and to add, we had multiple consults prior to my decision on legal representation. Once on board Holly joined the team and worked to understand my interests during the long separation agreement negotiations. Holly spent hours with two separate opposing counsel teams in understanding the complexities of my positions. The Rosen team, led by my highly capable lawyer Misty, successfully helped me litigate a highly contentious divorce, including navigating the added complexities of COVID's impact on court schedules, a marital residence that was under renovation at the time of separation, and a custody dispute across state lines. I was very nervous to take the first step toward divorce and make that phone call to a lawyer. My first meeting was with Shaunis Mercer to gather information about the process. She immediately put me at ease, and I knew right away Rosen was the right firm for me. The fixed fee arrangement made me feel comfortable that I could afford a divorce. Anna Ayscue is my lawyer, and she has walked me through the process every step of the way. She is professional, confident, detailed, compassionate, knowledgeable, persistent, I could go on and on. I appreciate her prompt responses to all of my questions and concerns. She always keeps me current on communications between her and my ex-husband and his lawyer. My separation and pending divorce have been a bit of a challenge mostly because of my ex-husband not being cooperative but also because of Covid. Anna has made the process feel seamless. My case went to mediation to settle and because of Covid it was conducted via Zoom. That made me uneasy, but Anna allayed my concerns, thoroughly explained the process and it went just as she said it would. I appreciate Kinsey calling periodically to check in with me to see if I need anything.
