I have had the pleasure of being represented by Anna Ayscue at Rosen Law. I can't say enough great things about Anna - she is practical, knowledgable, reponsive, surrounded by a great network of professionals and has the backing of one of the most successful family law firms in the Triangle. One thing that has made my divorce easier for me is the transparency in cost as Rosen is a fixed fee firm, so you pay up front and they do as much work as it takes to get a custody order/separation agreement. My divorce was reasonably challenging and I know that my outcomes, which are good, are largely due to Anna.

Top notch firm, they load you down with free educational materials, so you know what to expect, even before you hire them. Very responsive, they check in with you often to see how things are going and all your docs are in one place on a site for you. Seamless, easy to follow process. I always knew what to expect next.

I have really benefited from the free emails on various topics concerning divorce. I especially like the friendly writing style. They don’t try to sell me something, and if I need an attorney the Rosen Firm would be my first pick!
