Working with Daphne was one of the worst experiences I have had with any attorney to date. She was unresponsive in returning calls or emails leaving brief responses such as "I'll get back to you shortly" except that "shortly" turned out to be days with no idea on my end of what was going on. She appeared unorganized looking through documentation that she claimed her paralegals were to review and prepare for her however still having to work with her for hours on the phone to get the answers she needed. She was frequently rude, argumentative, and dismissive in our conversations. She showed up late to our mediation video call, turned off her video and mic when the mediator wasn't speaking with me, and wasn't there in person to review or sign the documentation with me. The result of which are major errors in the contract that I'm still paying to get corrected and reversed! I cannot stress enough how unsatisfied and disappointed I am with the way she "represented" me and my case. I will say that her Paralegals were great and a shout out to Christy Withers who was a pleasure to work with.

Called and made an appointment with them since 2 weeks ago just to find out last minute they need to reschedule. I told them I work at UPS and I needed to take a day off work during our busy times and clearly that didn't matter to them. All my UPS co workers, they do not consider you're work schedule a priority!!!!

Daphne and her team really fought hard for my case. My case is still on-going but she is definitely an attorney who goes above and beyond. If you want a lawyer that you can feel confident with I strongly recommend Daphne and her team.

Horrible experience that cost me more in fees than I would have paid had I not hired her at all. Totally unorganized and ineffective both in preparation and execution -- I truly regret having made the decision to hire Daphne and would recommend that prospective clients look at other options.
