I've been working Midtown Property for a few months to close on my house with OpenDoor and I must say the service they provide is prompt and impactful. For instance, they updated the preliminary closing statement with the most updated accounts (Tax, HOA fees, transfer fee, etc..). Other firms generally wait until a day or two for the final review. Having this ahead of time is helpful because it gives you enough time to review and ask any relevant questions before the closing date. I worked with Casey Fidler for the closing, if you get a chance to work with her, highly recommend it. Thanks.

They did my closing- I had a great experience and they made it super- always responsive. The office itself is warm and inviting- decorated well and the team were all kind and courteous.

I'm a local realtor and I use Midtown for every deal. Angie Turner, the paralegal, does phenomenal work. She takes great care of my clients and answers any questions I have FAST. She and Jason Isley (attorney) are thorough, provide 5-star service, and help solve any unforeseen problems that come up. They are great!!

CON- Why do attorneys rush you to sign paperwork and not allow you to read the documents. CON - whenever I called the staff acted as if was nothing them, yet I am “the client”. CON - Did not adequately prepare by reading my notes associated with my account or that which should have been conferred from the colleague previously handling my account CON - you don’t know in advance whom your APPOINTMENT is with; one person for consistency and professionalism. CON - poor communication with me, the client CON - when I asked McRae Edwards to allow me to read the documents and not rush through forms he appeared bothered; have a folder for legal documents in advance of the meeting prepared as not to walk out with forms in hand or having to “ask” for a folder or business card; it’s the details or the lack of them for me. CON - be mindful of conference rooms (thin walls) and client conversations to promote confidentiality PRO - free parking, first floor office, nice pens PRO- it’s done and I now only have to interface with the receptionist
