Being a first time home buyer I really had absolutely no idea how much goes into the process of buying a home and how stressful it could be. Angie Turner and her wonderful team really made the process as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Used for a real estate closing. They had the documents 2 months in advance and waited until the last week to review them. They made last minute changes which they failed to communicate. David is rude and condescending.

Wish there were an option to give a negative star! Closing documents had major errors and attorney at closing had not even reviewed them for accuracy prior to closing appointment.

Horrible service. Took advantage of my elderly parents during the close of their townhome which ended up costing my parents $5k due to poor communication on the law firms part. Do not do business here.

Recently closed on a property using Midtown Law. We had an enormously frustrating time with lender. The lender's poor management (not Midtown's) caused multiple delays and last minute deliveries of the closing documents. However, the team at Midtown was there to help every step of the way. Angie and Dana were extremely communicative with me and ensured my interest were properly maintained despite the last minute changes and unresponsiveness from the lender. Even after I wired too much money for closing (because the lender made several last minute mistakes on the CD), Midtown Law promptly identified those discrepancies and refunded my excess payments. I could not have asked for a better legal team to support me in dealing with such a difficult and frustrating lender. They truly had my back.
