North State Law went above and beyond my expectations! I work in a dangerous industry, owning my own Welding and Fabrication Business. Many projects that I work on have a degree of assumed liability, where in the past I would turn down jobs that I felt might come back at me one day if a Customer would use the product incorrectly making it unsafe. Other times I find myself working with Molten Metal, sometimes in customers homes, where the chance of damaging a customers property is likely. Nicholas helped me right up a contract for my customers Clearly explaining the inherit dangers, and protecting me in the case that something did go wrong. I now feel comfortable expanding my business' reach knowing that I will not be liable for a customers design or damage that is not preventable. I hope the day never comes where I need the use of a lawyer in a Court Situation, but I feel I am in great hands having North State Law on my side.

I contacted Nicholas' firm in the interest of drafting a separation agreement. Nicholas was able to meet with me the same day, and was very thorough in explaining my options and what I could do to draft an agreement that was fair and offered both parties in the separation the proper protections. Over the next couple months, the agreement went through four different drafts as I negotiated the terms with my partner, and Nicholas was always prompt and informative when replying to any questions I had. Though the events surrounding the need for an attorney were stressful, I was and am incredibly thankful that I had Nicholas available to consult and assist me in preserving my interests.
