Rick is an absolutely great person to work with. While nobody wants to be involved in a Lemon Law case with a vehicle Rick made the process extremely easy and understandable. His follow up with updates and questions is absolutely outstanding. While I would not want to be in the same situation I have no doubt who to call to get the claim settled. One of the best experiences if not the best with a lemon law attorney, and I had two previous experiences. He gave me very sound advice, and it was free which was strange and unexpected. He was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Additionally, he was calling me nearly every 2-3 weeks to check on the status of my matter, which he did not have to do at all.
