I would highly recommend Rick and his expertise on Lemon Law cases. My experience with Rick exceeded my expectations. My truck spent over 7 months at the dealership waiting on a main warranty part. Purchased my vehicle in March got it April and by May it was in the shop. I tried going through the BBB myself and after a 6 month fight and losing in arbitration I reached out to Rick. Within 90 days of working with him I had received a settlement. Highly recommend going directly through him instead of trying yourself. I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. McNeil and the job that he did for us. I was being told by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle that it would be December, 2022 before I should expect to have my car repaired. The car had been on their lot since July 2022. Mr. McNeil immediately contacted the manufacturer outlining the circumstances. They came back with an offer to purchase the car back from me, returning all the funds that I had invested and paying off the balance of my lease.
