Listened to my needs and concerns before taking my case

I was referred by my brother to the Charles T. Hall Law Firm to help with receiving my disability. I had previously been turned down by Social Security on many other occasions. This time I decided to get an attorney. I made the phone call and from the very first phone contact with Joy, I was truly amazed at how simple the process was. After the initial contact, I then received paperwork in the mail from them to complete and return. Things continued to get easier and run smoother. Everyone in his office was professional, caring and courteous. They are there to help you in anyway that they possibly can. To the best of my knowledge I spoke with Mr. Hall's Paralegal about every 2 months if not more than that for updates. I also met with Mr. Hall multiple times to go over my case and to give him more information that was needed. Needless to say, with the help of The Charles T. Hall Law Firm, I won my case. I never questioned my decision to use Charles T Hall Law Firm for my Social Security disability claim. A long two and half year process was made less stressful by their prompt return calls, up to date information on my case, answers to my many questions, getting my records complete and preparing for a hearing. Knowing that Social Security Disability was all they did, the comfort of not having to travel far ( Ms. Rouse traveled to Jacksonville to meet with me) and no cost unless my case was approved, Charles T Hall Law Firm rates number one. A gentleman here helped my mom get her disability. I called and spoke with a lady about me filing in November and she told me they couldn't represent me in a hearing due to me being under 50 yrs of age. I will be 45 this year and I have been out of work over a year and I have a doctor to help me with it. I never expected this. I have to have my daughters help to bathe and do anything. This is ridiculous.

I apply once on my own for schizophernia and was denied. Didn't really understand the process. I hired attorney charlie hall. After 10 months I was approved. Great results. Just got 3500. Back pay. I think.
