Horrible firm with incredibly rude reps. They will not get you what you want or need, and trying to talk to the front desk is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

They are helping me to get a source of income. Very professional.

I was shot down before the conversation could even begin. Basically she told me, That I've been trying to get my disability too long so I am no longer qualified and there was nothing they could do to help me. My suggestion to the firm is to take down the commercial add you have, because there's no sense in saying you can take over where someone else left off if this is the response you give to people.

This law firm would not take my daughters case despite a genetic disorder and multiple disabilities. They lady on the phone was very dismissive even when I told her the top genetic doctor at Duke would be happy to back this up and confirm my daughter's disabilities and challenges. The Hall attorney's run commercials on tv that are deceptive and make you think they help people with difficult cases. I guess this is not true, very disappointing.

My experiences with this law firm have been exceptional. After my son's disability was denied a third time I sought out Attorney Charles Hall for legal counsel and representation. Attorney Hall advocated for my son who has acquired brain injury from viral encephalitis. He became infected with the virus as an otherwise healthy 2 year old child. This changed our lives forever. Life is stressful enough taking care of an adult child who clearly has a disability. Navigating the bureaucracy and endless red tape of Social Security Disability is frustrating also confusing. I can see why many people give up and/or succumb to their illnesses as they get denied, reapply, and then wait to only be denied again.The denials caused more stress and certainly created delays in my son's progress. Attorney Hall is knowledgeable and clearly supportive of those seeking help in this area. He is straight up, no beating around the bush. Thank you for advocating for my son who fought so hard to live during those traumatic days as a small child. He certainly deserves the benefits he now receives.
