I contacted Douglas through the chat menu on his website. He was referred to me by a good friend. Douglas replied quickly to my questions and made the process seamless. His prices were less than the other attorneys I contacted and it was great that I could chat with him without having to leave a message with a receptionist and wait for a call-back.. The whole process of sending him my driving record and citation and also the payment took only one day. Everything went though in court as he stated it would. He even sent me a link to pay the court online. I never had to leave my house and all was taken care of. I recommend him highly

Mr. Portnoy was extremely professional and good to work with. He called us when he was getting out of the court house and was handling our traffic ticket with in hours. We work out of town on a lot. All he asked of us was to send me him our ticket and our information. We paid his reasonable fee and he took care of the ticket. He made it really easy to work with and sometimes that hard to find. We're very happy to have had to work with Mr.Portnoy and highly recommend this law firm!!

Douglas was simply the best. We hired him to represent my wife in a case in Orange County and he handled EVERYTHING. He even got the ticket reduced so that it did not affect her insurance or license!
