I received a traffic citation on a commercial parking area and Doug advised me to take an online driving course and was able to help me to present a good effort to the court judge. He also instructed me as what documents needed to support my case in court. He told me what he will do before I commit my case to him. He is very honest and precised. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Wake county 74 in a 55. Doug explained my options, went to court for me, and secured a favorable outcome that excludes points on my license or insurance...all for a reasonable fee. I never set foot in his office or the courtroom. I don't often receive a ticket...but when I do...i prefer legal representation. Thanks Doug!

You Do Not Need to Look any Further for one.He not only took allot of time with me, he explained everything thing in detail and assured me everything was going to be taken care of and there was nothing more I had to do. Thank you Mr. Portnoy for handling my son's traffic tickets. I contacted Mr. Portnoy by phone, I dont live in Wake County. Mr. Portnoy assured me he could take care of my son's tickets without us having to travel. Everything was done through email quick and easy. I must say Mr. Portnoy is one of the best Lawyers! My court date was the same day my grandfather past. As a result I received a FTA. I spoke to at least 3-4 lawyers before going to Mr. Portnoy. I noticed some didn't want to help or just plan rude. Mr. Portnoy was pleasant and very helpful. He got my ticket DISMISSED!
