William (Bill) Berggren is awesome; this is why: Over a year ago he helped me with Chapter 7. The other day (about 15 months later--and I am no longer a client/paying for his time) I call him for some needed documentation. I was thinking I would leave a voicemail and get the info within a week or so since I am not longer a client and this is probably not going to be his top priority. * Nope! Within 5 min. of calling him directly I had the info I needed in my inbox and he was happy to do it! In 2014 when I started the process, from the moment I sat down with him during the initial consultation, he let me know what to expect and how to plan. From Aug, 2014 until everything was complete in March 2015 Bill was with me every step of the way. He made a difficult decision and process as painless as it could be. If I had a question he would answer it the same day. His staff is professional and courteous, always willing to help and always answering emails quick. He sat with me at court and guided me through everything. There was no hidden fee's or additional cost. Absolutely everything he told me went according to plan. I truly feel like Bill cared about my situation and showed a true compassion for my wellbeing. Bill is not just "another lawyer." He went above and beyond what was ever expected. I am in a much better place now all thanks to his professionalism, help and guidance.

I have had a wonderful experience with Mr. Berggren and his team. I had no clue what bankruptcy was or what steps I needed to take in my situation. I was given options and all of the questions that I had were answered in the same day. I don't regret the decision that I made to file bankruptcy that day. I am very satisfied with my decision now that my chapter 13 is finished. The chapter 13 payments were set when I filed and I made my payments with no problem. I would recommend this law firm if you need to make the decision to file bankruptcy. Don't hesitate and give him a call. He is the best.

Mr. Berggren was referred to me when I felt like I had no other option but to declare bankruptcy. On my first visit, I had no knowledge of the process and was so ashamed and embarrassed that I cried a lot throughout the appointment. Mr. Berggren, was patient, sympathetic, and answered every question I had - even the stupid ones. He was reassuring and explained everything to me. He didn't rush me, but took his time and sometimes he had to explain things several times. His fee was lower than most, but the service was more than great. During the process, he was always available for questions, and guided me in the best direction that I needed for my circumstances (while taking the time to explain all options). I could not have picked a better attorney and I would recommend his services to anyone. Bankruptcy is a hard decision and used as a last resort, but he made it less stressful by being extremely reassuring throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
