I have been disabled from birth and wouldn't even be given the time of day by these lawyers because I've never been able to work so I have no work history... Apparently being disabled from birth means you're not worth their time to take on as a client in order to try and get disability... Zero help, zero assistance in trying to find a firm that will help... Just basically "too bad, so sad, move along".... If you were born with a disability don't even bother calling these people...They won't help you..

Riddle and Brantley - Attorney Chris Brantley and his team specifically - were a great help during my case. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and I felt they were genuinely interested in ensuring I got the best result for me, rather than the one that put money in their pocket fastest. I received prompt responses to my questions and in the end got a result that I was happy with. I can confidently recommend them.

Worthless

This Law Firm does not deserve even one star. The worst of the worst. Communication was awful had four different case managers. Breached out to them on several different occasions it took weeks for them to even return my call. I don't think they really work for the customers that they are representing. Whenever recommend anybody to this Law Firm I truly hate I ever let them represent me never again. Please be aware of this Law Firm.

Riddle and Brantley has been great to work with! They took the time in the beginning to gather the details of our problem and took off from there. We hear from them every few days on the status of their progress. They’ve made us feel like we made the right choice in law firms to handle our case. UPDATE: Even though we told Riddle that we did not agree to settle with the defendant's insurance company, they stopped pursuing the matter. What they should have done is sue the ins co for failing to prove that we agreed to settle. The other ins co gave our daughter money to pay for current medicals, not in full settlement. Riddle let us down.

My experience with Riddle & Brantley was awesome. They took the worrying about my case away which allowed me to be able to go on with my daily life knowing that I was in good hands. I really wish I would have handled my case without an Attorney. I was in the accident back in Dec of 2021. I'm still waiting on a settlement going into almost a year. I have 2 cases with them cause i was in another accident over the summer that i allowed them to handle i wish i would have went a different route. They don't communicate well with their clients. I've had to call in almost every time for a case update. I just would have rather handled things on my own.I probably could have done fine by myself. Now I'm paying them 30% of funds probably could have negotiatd for myself. Lesson learned.
