I was rear ended in April 2019. The at fault insurance policy only pays out $30,000. These so called professionals must have known this. I walked away with 10 grand to cover what I've been through and the neck pain I will endure most likely my whole life. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy! My paralegal was changed twice and my lawyer was changed right before they presented settlement papers to his insurance without even telling me! Either they knew this guy's policy only pays out 30K for injury and misled me, or they never even looked at the declaration page at all until 14 months later when they told me this. So here I am almost 2 years later still in pain, still in treatment for my pain and I'm forced to go after my own insurance company for underinsured motorists coverage! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let these shady people represent you!

All though things take time they have provided the best service in my cases I highly recommend this law firm because they are good at what they do.

My wife was in accident in March of this year. It was ruled that it was 100% the other person's fault. We contacted this office after 4 months of getting nowhere with our insurance company. It is now December and we've seen no action outside of the sending a packet to the insurance company. Giving them 30% of what we get is WAY more than they deserve. Especially since they no longer answer our phone calls or emails. Would not recommend.

My name is Pablo Alcántara, I had an accident with me and my 3 children in the month of April, more than 8 months have passed I have had no solution or response to this arrangement, I hired this law firm, and I am totally sorry to hire this law firm lawyers, they have been ignoring my call and have not returned any of my calls, this is such an unprofessional service, with this experience that I have been having with this law firm, I do not recommend it to anyone, I suggest you find another law firm before hiring this law firm! Honestly, this situation has been nothing more than worries and stress, I don't even know if they are really helping me with my medical expenses ... I don't know if I'm going to reach a fair settlement !! Well, they are supposed to say that they are there to help people, but they are not!

Potential client beware. This firm represented me on a case whereby a drunk driver reended my and my mother at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon in Brier Creek. Despite 100% of the facts being on our side, this firm took their time on the case de-prioritizing our settlement, including a total restructuring and attorney reassignment. Then when the case was settled for pennies compared to the initial demand, this firm chose to implement shady accounting principles and upcharge for services on a grossly subpar effort. As it stands my mother and I are disputing the settlement statement over several thousand dollars this greedy firm is trying to withhold. There are plenty of firms in the triangle area that will work hard for your case, please do not sign up with this firm you will be short handed, frustrated and if your experience is like ours you will have to fight, nickle and dime Marcari, Spencer etc et all for fair compensation. Meaning you may find yourself suing your attorney for the remainder this firm feels you are owed.

I have really enjoyed working with Michael Nystrom and Attorney Garland. They were very professional and did everything they could to help me and were always answering my questions when needed. I could not have asked for better lawyers than those two men. I am grateful for all of your help and always keeping in touch with me. Awesome job to the both of you all.
