I can say nothing but great things about attorney Kaitlyn Copeland. I had a freak accident at work and had to deal with worker’s comp. Everything was smooth as first but workers comp checks started being mailed late and also had trouble reaching adjuster. I was not planning on getting an attorney but I was tired of calling adjuster and getting no where. I called Kaitlyn Copeland for help. She is a great listener of detail and did all the fighting with adjusters. She responds in prompt manner and is also reassuring. She stood by me from
the beginning to the end.

0/10. Would not recommend. This place is so unprofessional. You’re paying them all this money and they can barely return a phone call and never have any answers. My case with them has been open for MONTHS, almost a year and still no answers. After being switched from paralegal to paralegal to different attorneys, still no progress.
