I don’t know where to begin. I was injured very badly in a t-bone side collision which resulted me going to the hospital, physical therapy, brain damage, concussion, totaled vehicle, missed out work for 1.5 months.. the list goes on and on. I lost about $25k+ just from work! And the first paralegal sounded like i wasn’t telling her the truth because she kept asking am I sure that’s how much I made? Even tho I provided ALL THE PROOF FROM MY EMPLOYER! I had to do 95% of the job for the the first paralegal that was assigned to me. After that (without any given notice for WEEKS) I was told that lady had been fired. Then it took another 2-3 months for the new paralegal to pick up and assist in my case. I had to opt out of all my medical visits because the bill was building up and it was over the “$30k coverage” of the other drivers insurance coverage! My bills after opting out and still having to suffer with my injuries was $32,000!! I kept asking how much coverage does the other driver have? And I was getting the run around for months! With so much experience your firm has you couldn’t even get that info for me? Pathetic !!! Long story short they said I’ll only get $9,500 and of course the “law firm” still took their 33% which they don’t deserve at all because I’m still suffering and I asked Don if there’s any way I could be compensated more than the $9500 and he made it sound like it will be such a inconvenience for him and that we would have to go through so many loop holes and etc and basically told me what I’m getting is the best he can do for me. Just my income I lost was triple the amount I was given in my settlement!! Ridiculous!! After all the bragging Don Macaris investigator did about him and the firm, it’s all a bluff! Me as a client trying to figure out what was going on was a “insult” to Don Macari. He emailed me saying don’t insult him. Why? Because your firm is collecting 33% of my money while I did most the work and suffered the most ?! The truth hurts! Not a insult! I even recommended one of my close friends who was in a motorcycle accident and he has been complaining the same exact way about Don and his firm. I regret making the decision of hiring Don as my “attorney” . And last but not least , Vicki the paralegal had the audacity to email me saying “you will be charged $25 for the direct deposit” !!!! Until Don said to not charge me for that. Such a shame! Train your staff better Don ! I’ll never ever work with you or recommend you to any one again. I’m also going to hire another attorney to look into how this case was handled with you guys just to make sure no negligence was involved! Thanks for putting me in more debt and still suffering from all my injuries! You definitely don’t deserve that 33% you took for free!

They’re are awesome as I have any more car accident. I’m definitely going back to y’all. I love y’all. Was good for me and my son and daughter even though I didn’t get paid for one of my son but y’all made sure I got what I deserved
