Halea was phenomenal. She was very attentive reply to every email returned. Every phone call responded to every message reported to me in a timely manner every month with updates even through her personal challenges she was always persistent about making sure she took care of her clients cases that I will always remember that and I will definitely refer others! I personally didn’t get to know everyone else but what little bit I did speak with others with it was amazing experience! Overall I’m thankful they did not get aggravated with me cause I definitely was a bugaboo lol Sometimes businesses need to keep them on the ground running lol so I am forever blessed !!! There no amount of money that would replace m life But I will take you they fall and made it worse my time with loss, wages, and things that I had to experience with doctors and therapy so yea to sum it all up Halea is Amazing! I reached out to Marcari, Russotto, Spencer and Balaban after my car accident. They have been amazing in helping with my claim. The insurance company didn't want to pay me for my time out of work and basically offered me nothing. Once hired, my team started the negotiations. The insurance company low balled the offer at first, but my team got it to over double what the initial offer was. I was extremely satisfied with everything and everyone.
