Denial after only speaking with a secretary. Seems like they are more interested in easy wins and not really doing what can be done to help veterans. Too bad really. When I see their post on social media I will be sure to add a little comment everytime, indicating that if you want help this certainly may not be the way to achieve the results you are looking for.

Today I had the pleasure of conversing with Haley Branham who is the V.A. coordinator. She was kind, courteous and very professional. It was and honor her attitude was above and beyond anything I've experienced guiding me thru the steps I needed to take to get my disability started. Even though her company wasn't able to assist me at this time.

Mr. Marcari met with me in 2022 and explained that receiving justice for Camp Lejeune toxin exposure may take several years but he assured my family his firm would fight for me daily to make this aspiration a reality. I have been through hell and back with this accident, the dishonest insurance companies and a dishonest prior lawyer. Fired the other and signed with Marcari, Russotto, Spencer and Balaban. We just started today and already I am impressed. They acted without delay, were extremely transparent and forthcoming and highly professional.. all the while still showing sincere empathy.

Very Pleasant and professional when it comes to your case. Always kept me up-to-date what’s going on with the case, if any bills are outstanding, they let me know, and if I had a question, they answered back in a timely manner. I would recommend them if you need a lawyer.

Sorry…would not recommend. Still waiting on a payment from a case that closed months ago that was sent to the wrong address. Unless you have had life threatening injuries you will probably fair better negotiating with insurance companies yourself.
