I had an auto collision where the other party was clearly at fault. There was extensive damage to my car but, fortunately, no one was injured. Other than getting my car repaired and the related towing expenses, my insurance company would not participate (nor help me) to get compensation from the other party's insurance company for my other expenses (my car was disabled in the evening, a long way from home so I had to stay a night in a hotel before obtaining a rental car the next day) as well as the diminished value of my repaired car. I worked directly with an adjuster from the other party's insurance company. The adjuster was pleasant and cooperative providing reimbursement for the expenses however it was a completely different story when it came to diminished value. Personally frustrated with this new attitude of the adjuster and the low-ball offer I was made, I turned to the Kreger Law Firm. I don't know what went on "behind the scenes" (i.e. how many staff members were involved) but I only dealt with Tom Kreger and even that was just a couple phone calls and a few emails - and, wow, did he make my life easier! Tom obtained a timely and reasonable settlement for my diminished value and after I provided the information he needed, I didn't have to lift a finger! My only regret is not turning to Kreger Law Firm sooner.

Not due to my wife’s fault she was in a car wreck. From that wreck my wife had to have back surgery.
