Not sure how other clients felt when they first decided that they needed to file bankruptcy however, I was so nerves and had so many questions. When I first made that initiate call they made me feel so at ease. As the process went on Joe Nichols talked me through everything. Joe made me feel that he had my best interest at heart. He explained everything and constantly asked me if I had any questions. Joe really made this process so much better for me. Joe is truly a gem.

I appreciated the lady who did my intake, she put me at ease tho I never saw her again. Joe Nichols managed my case from there on in and I feel he looked after my interests as though they were his own. Thank you Joe. If you know the name of the lady who first helped me you can post it here.

We had an a very good experience at this office dealing with Anna! She made us feel so comfortable during a VERY uncomfortable time in our lives. It has truly been a pleasure working with all of the individuals involved with the process of helping to save my home. It was a Godsend, a true blessing. I could not ask for a better experience. I had a very pleasant experience working with everyone at John T. Orcutt. From my initial appointment all the way through to the bankruptcy hearing. My case manager Joe Nichols was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. I feel my case was handled well, quickly, and I was guided step by step through a difficult process with ease.
