I started off in the Durham office,, but once I was in bankruptcy I was assigned to the Raleigh Office. Charlene is my go to person and she has been absolutely wonderful. Returns my calls, answers my emails and really helps you figure out any questions or concerns you may have! They are very down to earth and really seem to care about what you are going through!! So far this has been the best experience ever under these circumstances! Charlene is awesome!!!! Five stars

My wife dislocated her ankle last year and spent 19 days in the hospital. She did not have any insurance, so the bill was very high along with the doctors, x-rays, and medicine. We just could not pay it. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy, but we did so. It was a very good decision. John and his staff made the process simpler than I thought it would be. His staff went out of their way to help us. If I called with a question, it was answered the same day. I would recommend John Orcutt and his staff to anyone considering bankruptcy.

My son has a mental illness and when he is not on his medications he spends money without thought and unfortunately this has caused him to be so over extended with his finances that he can not make any payments. The Garner law office of John Orcutt were so understanding and sensitive to his situation. They made Keith feel at ease and not ashamed of his circumstance. John doesn't know that I'm doing this but I had to take a moment to let his potential clients know what a great attorney that they are getting. John is without question one of the most caring and giving people that I know. He and his staff's vast years of experience really give his clients an advantage when dealing with the complexities of a bankruptcy case. They simplify the process, as much as possible, and really make you feel like there is hope. They treat you like a person and you never feel judged for the mistakes that you may have made. Best of all, if you don't have the money and think that you can't afford to file a bankruptcy, he has all of these creative ways to help you. If you need to file a Bankruptcy he will find a way even when money is a problem.

Wow....such a great experience. Having to go through bankruptcy is a tough choice, but from the initial phone call to the entire experience the people at the Orcutt law office made me feel at ease.
