Filing for Bankruptcy was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. You spend you life trying to keep you credit straight and LIFE simply takes over. From the very first phone call I was treated with the utmost respect. Nilah Chobot & Joe Nicholas were amazing and calmed me right down. The process was easy. My score has already jump 145 points and I filed on July 21,2015.

I have been working with Nilah Chobot in the Raleigh location. She has been wonderful!!! When I first met with her I was very stressed out not knowing what options I would have. Nilah explained everything to me. I was with her for about 2 hours at our first meeting. At no time did she make me feel rushed. She is was detailed. Even after I left her office I had several questions. I emailed all my questions to Nilah and she responded immediately. I definitely recommend if you are thinking about bankruptcy to get a consultation with Nilah. Very knowledgeable!!

This was the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. (Filing for Chapter 13). But, once the decision was made; I must say that Tara Pepper, and Matt Lundy were the most pleasant and professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you so very much!

My husband and I recently filed Chapter 13. Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, as many people do by the time the decision to file bankruptcy is made, the staff within the firm has been nothing short of amazing. I cannot imagine how many clients this practice has, but any time I needed to talk about my case, our Paralegal, Gabby NEVER ONCE made me feel like she didn't have time for me. Every question was ALWAYS thoroughly answered, and it was done with the knowledge, patience and integrity that is necessary when dealing with such personal issues. I thank the entire practice for taking our case on, and I would specifically like to thank Gabby for ALL she has done, and all she will continue to do with regard to our case.

When I went in I was nervous, stressed, I talked with Anna munoz. This lady is the best. She explained things so well and to the point I felt like I went to surgery and had something removed. Although my business with Mr. Orcutt's office is not complete, so far everyone has been extremely supportive and helpful. Nilah was our first contact and seemed very knowledgable and patient with us. Anna has been working with us since and has been nothing but professional. She also seems quite knowledgable, detail oriented and VERY patient.
