My husband and I were at our breaking point. Didn’t know where to turn. But from day one, Tara gave us answers about bankruptcy we didn’t know even existed. She was with us every step of the way until we were turned over to Joseph. He has been the best help with getting our paperwork processed, answering each and every question and always being there to answer any question no matter the time of day. We never thought we would be in this situation to file bankruptcy but time and unforeseen occurrences happen. Thanks to them, we see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Very unresponsive to changing financial situations. Failure rates for chapter 13 is 50% and I was never advised of this.

The initial setup and meeting with the law office went great. My case was handled in a very timely and professional manner. I have been making my payments since 2016 and they even helped me out when I got a little behind on payments and everything got back on track. The post legal team on the other hand is not so great. For as good as the customer service has been it can be just as bad or worse. My paralegal has changed 5 times and they are unfamiliar with the case so it take twice as long to get them up to speed. Reception often has a tone of frustration and annoyance when answering the phone. You can expect this legal team to get the job done but support on the back end of things is very lacking.
