Last year after filing for bankruptcy for the first time ever was a very difficult process for one the unknowns, the myths, etc. Nonetheless, Mr. Orcutt's staff made the process very easy. It was more recently when Mr. Orcutt personally represented me in a hearing to resolve an issue with securing another vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. I am pleased to announce the outcome worked in my favor. I cannot thank Mr. Orcutt and his team for their tireless efforts in going the extra mile for me. It really is good to know that there are people that really care about others not just talking the talk, if you will, but actually walking in and backing up what they believe in "the consumer"! John doesn't know that I'm doing this but I had to take a moment to let his potential clients know what a great attorney that they are getting. John is without question one of the most caring and giving people that I know. Wow....such a great experience. Having to go through bankruptcy is a tough choice, but from the initial phone call to the entire experience the people at the Orcutt law office made me feel at ease.
