There are not enough words to express how amazing this place is. We had everything handled in about 3 weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Joe upstairs. He was patient and full of knowledge that eased our minds. I would recommend this office to anyone considering bankruptcy.

After pulling out from a difficult time financially, and as the saying goes, 'when it rains it pours', something else happens. Ms. Wheatley Davis helped me through a very difficult time recently. As I emailed or called her, it seemed every 3-4 hours, she never lost professionalism or lost her patience with me, not one time. She has such a kind soul. She helped relieve my stress by her persistence in the matter at hand. She is a wonderful asset to John Orcutt's team, and I hope they never change things, and that I personally, keep Wheatley as my paralegal. Thank you Wheatley!!

Our experience with this particular office in Raleigh, of the Law offices of John T. Orcutt, is beyond words!! From the very start of our process, to the very end.. the customer service, the importance they give to your case, the so very organized professionalism that the entire staff displays.. it all could make this list endless!! Its almost impossible for me to put into words, what this office has done to help our family! The process was very simple.. as they walk you thru each and every single step along the way. They also waste no time in getting your paperwork processed once it is received, reviewed, and case filed. I could never put a value on what this Raleigh office has done for us.. giving our family a total stress-free, fresh, new beginning to our futures!! Thanks so much to you all, not that one particular staff member has been more important than another, because they are all absolutely impeccable at what they do.. However, we did have the pleasure of working directly with Matt the most, who is now the new Super Hero in our family's lives! Just saying thank you couldn't possibly describe our family's gratitude enough!! I would recommend this office to ANYONE who is debating, thinking, and/or needing to file bankruptcy! There is no BS, nor any run-around... as they are a "get-it-done", and "get-it-done right", and as quickly as possible, type of office. Absolutely an awesome experience, hands-down!!

These are some of the rudest people when calling their office!! They act very impatient when you're trying to find out important info about your case. The Bankruptcy Paralegal that handle my case was always hard to reach! Not mentioning her name. Update: Most of the original people in the Greensboro office that I remembered are gone and these new people are there to help the firm...not you! I wonder sometime if there's a different standard between the treatment of African Americans and Caucasian Americans? I felt very uncomfortable!! Just got a ruling from the bankruptcy court that wasn't in my favor because my case was never filed! That meant no representation from my lawyer in court!! Didn't want to rate them the one star...

I must say I never write reviews, but I just had to write this one for several reasons. the first is for Ms. Wheatley Honeycutt Davis, I absolutely adore this woman!!!! I have been going through a very, very tough time the last couple of months. Wheatley was my contact after filing chap 13, she is the most amazing heartfelt woman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I can't thank her enough. She has always been there to answer all my questions, answers my e-mails and gets back to me quickly. the 2nd reason is even though this is her job, she has taken an emotional interest in my position with her overwhelming support, kindness, understanding and her uplifting words of encouragement. and the reason I am writing this review, its those quality's that are above and beyond her job. The office of Mr. Orcutt, has been amazing but lets face it how often do we get to really talk with him :) I'm Thankful for the staff he has and especially for Miss Wheatley. I don't if she will ever get to see this, I'm not really sure how reviews work :) But I would like to thank her so very much for all your support :) I hope this helps someone as it has helped me.

I am so Very Grateful / Thankful after considering Bankruptcy. The thought of filing BK was very hard for me. I was raised to pay your bills; and pay them on time.... your good name is necessary in life and the decisions you make will follow you for the rest of your life. The entire process was handled Professionally and Exceptionally Well... Anna Munoz made sure I understood the importance of dotting all I's and crossing all T's...communication on her end and well as mines. She assured me that All things will be thought out, planned out, discussed and worked on with great results. Ms Munoz had great skills and specific information on the best way to handle my case. She was Professional, Thorough and Diligent, and made every effort to ensure my case was handled in a top-notch manner. Forever Grateful! :~)

Everyone was great. We came in the office feeling like we had some how given up, but the staff at John Orcutt made us feel better about our decision and our future. I have and will continue to refer friends and family.

I would like to take a moment to thank Wheatley Davis for her outstanding service to me. I have been in despair with my finances on more than one occasion due to very serious health issues. Anna Munoz is awesome!!!

I have had a very good experience, with the help of Christie Gay in the Raleigh office. I had a vehicle stolen from my home. The vehicle was under my chapter 13 and I was connected to Christie. She handled this problem like a champ. I told her my situation and within a week she let me know what was going on and what to expect from that point forward.
