I would first like to say you have a fantastic staff at your Wilson , NC office. I would especially like to thank your paralegal Jessica. She showed impeccable professionalism and yet she put me at ease by helping me construct my case from beginning to end. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Joe Nichols helped me when my world was falling apart. My car had been repossessed and my bills were crazy due to a recent job loss. Like the commercials say folks--- Please Please get the facts about bankruptcy from the professionals, not friends and family... the entire staff did a great job from start to finish, it was no where near as hard as I thought it would be and the staff was available at all times to answer questions and check numbers etc etc... the paperwork involved has been so well laid out and simplified by the firm I wish I had done this a couple of years earlier... so please, if your in over your head--- and you know if you are--- go see these folks, they really are going to help you... and best of luck to all of you... dale

Wheatley Davis goes above & beyond what normally would have been expected of her. She has always been kind & courteous to me every time I've had to call her about something. She returns phones calls in a very timely manner. Mrs. Davis is one of the biggest assets to the Raleigh office, if not the biggest asset. If it had not been for her taking her time with me today to help me through the problem I was having, I don't know where I would have been right now. She reassured me that what was happening with our case was normal procedure. She even went as far as to contact someone else to see if there was another solution. Wheatley Davis will always be the first person I contact for help.

I just wanted to say that arriving at the decision to file Chapter 13 was one of the hardest decisions we ever had to make but choosing this office was the best decision we could make.
