When I went in I was nervous, stressed, I talked with Anna munoz. This lady is the best. She explained things so well and to the point I felt like I went to surgery and had something removed. When I left that office , I was stressed free, I knew I was in good hands and that I'd made the right decision. thanks Anna Munoz, you are the best!!

Although my business with Mr. Orcutt's office is not complete, so far everyone has been extremely supportive and helpful. Nilah was our first contact and seemed very knowledgable and patient with us. Anna has been working with us since and has been nothing but professional. She also seems quite knowledgable, detail oriented and VERY patient.
I hope to continue to have a pleasant experience through this very stressful process.

I started off in the Durham office,, but once I was in bankruptcy I was assigned to the Raleigh Office. Charlene is my go to person and she has been absolutely wonderful. Returns my calls, answers my emails and really helps you figure out any questions or concerns you may have! They are very down to earth and really seem to care about what you are going through!! So far this has been the best experience ever under these circumstances! Charlene is awesome!!!! Five stars

I had a wonderful experience at J. T. Orcutt in Raleigh NC. I was helped by Miss T. Pepper who was energetic, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly..... And just a pleasure to be in the company of. I feel so much better after talking to her about my issues. Thanks Tera Pepper your the best!!!!!

My wife dislocated her ankle last year and spent 19 days in the hospital. She did not have any insurance, so the bill was very high along with the doctors, x-rays, and medicine. We just could not pay it. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy, but we did so. It was a very good decision. John and his staff made the process simpler than I thought it would be. His staff went out of their way to help us. If I called with a question, it was answered the same day. I would recommend John Orcutt and his staff to anyone considering bankruptcy.

My son has a mental illness and when he is not on his medications he spends money without thought and unfortunately this has caused him to be so over extended with his finances that he can not make any payments. The Garner law office of John Orcutt were so understanding and sensitive to his situation. They made Keith feel at ease and not ashamed of his circumstance. The process was so easy and quick for Keith, it made him feel very glad he came to John Orcutt.
