Stupid joke of a law firm. I hope John T. Orcutt responds to this so that I can tell him everything about his firm. I will gladly share my experience. Do NOT go here!!!! Oh! And by the way. You’ll NEVER meet him. At my 341 meeting I NEVER met the lawyer that “represented” me Ever.

I came into the office full of stress, questions, fears and worries...along with tons of doubt. But I was put in touch with a wonderful lady by the name of Tina Moore. She is just the best ... I have not had any negative experiences at all with anyone at this office.. Everyone has been really pleasant and courteous from day one. I recommend this company to anyone that is in financial trouble. I can breath for the first time in months and it is due to the wonderful help that Tina Moore provided... Thank you all.

Today I met with a paralegal for my initial consultation. She was very down to earth, professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and would certainly recommend this office for anyone who is need of services. I look forward to being able to start over and feel very confident that my case in in great hands.

Joseph Nichols was the absolute best!!!!He was extremely detailed and thorough . He explained every detail step by step. I would highly recommend this office. Every single employee I dealt with was super kind and compassionate.Extremely understanding of my situation and never ever felt judged.I will forever be grateful to Joe he made a very difficult situation bearable.

Such warm and caring people. From the beginning Anna Tillit was an angel. She was very comforting and my mother-in-law felt at ease around her. From Anna we were then sent to work with Joseph Nichols. What can i say....the man was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and very compassionate. Reassuring that everything would be ok at a very scary time for most people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the beginning of the process Tara Pepper was great and the next steps with Joe Nichols I felt like I was in great hands all my questions were answered and he has been extremely helpful and with the next step in the process Joe was ahead of the game and gave me all the information I needed and explained very well what was going to happen next and whom I would deal with! The experience was painful to go in and actually start, but after talking to the well qualified staff (especially Joseph Nichols) I had the reassurance that I in fact made the right decision. He was extremely helpful and encouraging and because of him, I now can sleep better at night.
