After getting laid off twice, I had to make a decision to file bankruptcy. My experience with the Raleigh office has been wonderful. Joseph Nichols walked me through the whole process without having any worries. I'm giving five stars because the overall experience and great customer service Joseph Nichols provided to me.

This was my first time actually coming in to seek help with bankruptcy. I always heard bad things about bankruptcy, but my sister explained the process to me. When I call in for a consultation the return call was returned quickly. I also recieved an appointment to come in quick. I was nervous, but when I came in the staff was excellent. They took me step by Step and if I had questions they answered. I was introduced to every person that would have a part in my case. I met Connie Nichols she has went way and beyond her job to talk with the lawyer about the issues I had. The lawyer was nice to respond. Yes I am in the process of hiring this law firm to handle my needs that I needed help on.

The Law offices of John T. Orcutt have helped us immensely through the bankruptcy process. The first associate that answered my online inquiry was not only knowledgeable but also caring. The phone interview then offered was such a blessing because we were actually without transportation at the time! Our case was then assigned to Mr. Joe Nichols and he has led us step by step-answering emails almost instantly at times !

I was nervous about filing bankruptcy and I saw three different people. I saw John but his schedule was so hectic that I was switch to Tina. She went above and beyond to help process this quickly because I was on a timeline to get it done in a few days. My case was hot file. Every one in the office was friendly and great.
