Not thorough at all!! Lack of communication and doesn’t work in the clients best interest. Ben totally dropped the ball while handling my case. As experienced as he is, Ben didn’t dot every “I” nor did he cross every “t”.

Courtney was the only helpful person during my workers comp case. Very disappointed in working with Jack Hardison, and wouldn’t recommend them to represent anyone. Jack didn’t fight for me when Workers Comp Doctor said he couldn’t explain my peripheral neuropathy and wouldn’t even put it as a diagnosis even after being diagnosed with it through an EMG test. I suffer from lower back trauma that caused the neuropathy, yet it wasn’t recognized. Out of state worker comp lawyer (friend of the family) even told me it was crucial to get that diagnosis recognized yet Jack said it didn’t matter. He didn’t give my case two thoughts and kept encouraging me to settle for way lower than what I knew was fair. I kept denying the settlement and this irritated Jack. He was very brief and rarely talked to me directly and when he did, even laughed at some of my statements. He be-littles his clients and doesn’t care. Please find someone worth your time and that would actually care about your case because Hardison & Cochran Do Not Care!
