Recently I was stopped and received a citation for not wearing my seat belt. To make a bad situation worse, the officer also noticed I was not wearing any corrective lenses and added this to the list. Pick your excuse, traveling, work, family, forgetfulness, life, etc., I compounded the problem by missing my court date. It seems our law enforcement system doesn't take kindly to missing your court date and I received a nice letter stating my license was being revoked. I decided to seed professional help. Knowing of Hartsoe and Assoc through a Christian affiliation I was hoping they would be able to help. I was referred to Mr. Scott who listened to my dilemma, then handled my case with outstanding professionalism keeping me informed every step of the way. He had the court date rescheduled and represented me while I was out of town. There were still some court costs but the results were much better than expected. When I went to the courthouse to settle the costs, there was a discrepancy. One call and he was quick to followup and get the records corrected.
