I got cold feet in the beginning, just from being overwhelmed by my creditors. But working with Joseph Nichols in the Raleigh office greatly put my mind at ease and I completed all my paperwork for my Bankruptcy. Joe was wonderful!

I was so impressed and grateful for everything they did for me. My intake counselor, Anna Ruiz, was very reassuring and compassionate. I was very hesitant to declare bankruptcy because I was afraid my life would be ruined. Thankfully, this didn't happen. Tina Moore, my debt counselor (or whatever they're called) did and explained everything to me, told me what to expect when I went to court and had all the paperwork ready for me. All I had to do was sign a million pieces of paper. If you're thinking about filing, I can honestly say that I couldn't have been treated more fairly and competently.
