I can truly say that choosing John T Orcutt for my bankruptcy needs was the best decision. Joe Nichols made the process easy, was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork, and making sure all bases are covered. I will definitely recommend John T Orcutt if you need to file bankruptcy, and request Joe Nichols if you can!

Taylor Govan and Lee Rollin were very thorough and careful in preparing my case for filing because it was very complicated and took months to acquire all of the necessary documentation. They persisted in spite of those delays, and I am confident that my case will be successful

It is hard to put the entire process into words, but I will try. From the time that I had my first appointment, I was stressed beyond words. Tara Pepper started my process and then Joseph Nichols worked with me through the long term to finish it up. They were both beyond amazing and helped me feel better about a stressful and worrisome situation. It felt like I was talking to friends instead of just someone in an office. Joe answered emails super fast and always had answers I could understand. He was always smiling and helped me feel comfortable when I was a ball of nerves. Can’t thank them enough. Would highly highly recommend them to anyone going through this process and I know u will be seeking their advise in the future. My fiancé is also going soon and she will only be using Tara and Joe.
