James Davis is very compassionate and genuinely cares. He is a great man who will fight for what is right. I had the opportunity to see him conduct a jury trial in Superior Court in my case. I could not have been more pleased. The attention to detail on everything was incredible. The issues in my case were complex and involved multiple expert witnesses. Due to the skill and grit of Mr. Davis and the Davis Law Firm, my case resulted in a hung jury. I cannot thank him and everyone at the firm enough for their efforts.

Real life story of Justice! I was a Paramedic for over a decade who made Lieutenant and even SWAT medic through the ranks. A year into the Pandemic I was falsely accused of stealing a vial of morphine. Mr Davis and his team, from day one, met the challenge with forthcoming judicial knowledge as well as optimism and trust knowing my case was one of great importance to our community as well as my future. Mr Davis was able to expedite my case and lay the foundation that proved the injustice that had taken place. This resulted in the charge to be completely dropped by the District Attorney and the County that wrongfully accused me so that my family and I could get back to the lives we once had. They are in cahoots with the judges there. They don't walk into the courtroom like all the other lawyers. They walk through the same doors as the judges.
