James Davis took on my custoudy case it was very stressful at times but no matter what he was there for me. James is such a good guy and has so much compassion in what he does. He never once promised me an outcome but told me God will handle it he prayed with me and my family and was ready at every court date we had. I can honestly say I have met a friend out of all this he won my case and I would definitely recommend him to anyone

James and his staff done a wonderful job taking care of my legal needs. Very attentive to detail respectful and class act. James is very open about his faith in God which I found to be refreshing and comforting. I would recommend them to take care of you no matter what you have going on. Should I need attorney there would only be one call I would make.

James Davis has no attorney locally and/or nationally, in my opinion, to compare his attributes as an attorney with. After seeing Mr. Davis in court as my attorney, i was truly amazed with the way he handled my case as he reminded me of a modern day Ben Matlock, simply phenomenal. By the way "NOT GUILTY VERDICT"

I had a single car accident in early January on ice where I was given a ticket for going left of center. I visited James where he made me feel like I was at home and assured me he would handle my case because I wasn't at fault. James did exactly as he said and got my ticket dismissed. I am more than please with he and everyone at there firm for there generosity.

He truly cares! He spent the time to consult with us, study our case thoroughly and went to court prepared to fight for us and win. I don't feel there is any other attorney around that could have done better. If you want a top notch professional, he's your guy!

He was extremely professional, has a very large knowledge base. He was hired for a dwi case, after consulting with several other attorneys, that wanted to plead out for probation and a loss of drivers license, after consulting with him he said there was no reason to take a plea deal you are not guilty and there is no reason to take that deal. After 9 months the state finally made their case. The judge ruled, not guilty, on all counts.
