I can only say how pleased we were in using the services of Pope McMillan. Our family experienced a situation that required legal assistance and once we made contact with the Pope McMillan law offices and talked with Mr. Kutteh and his paralegal Crystal they took care of everything for us in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Tew. I was going through an unemployment case against a former governmental employer. Prior to obtaining his services, I was found it difficult to get an attorney to take my case due to my former employer being a governmental agency. To add to that, I found it difficult to find an attorney that would take the time to listen to me or review the evidence I had to prove that I had not violated any policies or participated in any misconduct. He listened and reviewed all of the evidences I had. In doing this, he become very familiar with the essential parts of my case. Once he took my case, his billing was more than fair. I say this because when I compare what he charged me to the service he provided, I was more than pleased. I never felt like I had to chase Mr. Tew down to have him call me back or provide necessary information within the deadlines. In addition, he showed concern for how my termination had impacted me both personally and professionally. I won my case, but had I not, I would have been satisfied just knowing I had someone willing to fight what I considered to be my Goliath. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is seeking an attorney who is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and willing to fight with you and for you. I used Schieck for my divorce and custody agreement. I didn't realize how unprepared and ignorant to my situation I was until I had a consultation with this guy. He knew more about my case than I did! He's expensive, but you get what you pay for.
