I can hardly express how glad I am to have chosen Nathan to represent us. My fiance was in some fairly serious trouble and Nathan has worked miracles to get him home. The attorney's office worked with me, gave me options and explained the ramifications of my decisions. They were always respectful in their treatment of me and communicated with me until the case was resolved. In my case, the speeding ticket was reduced to a nonmoving violation (I had no prior violations in the observable period).

I received a speeding ticket (charged with 76 MPH in a 55 MPH zone) on December 30, 2019. Not only was I unable to pay the fine online, but also North Carolina carries a mandatory suspension for convictions of more than 15 mph over the speed limit. Nathan Earwood's firm represented me in court and Nathan negotiated the charge down to 60 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, avoiding the suspension and also eliminating any insurance consequences. Needless to say, I was both relieved and impressed. The firm is a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!
