I had acquired mister Earwood’s legal services to help me with a speeding ticket I received in North Carolina. I had a mandatory court appearance as I was 20 over the limit. Mister Nathan’s firm (particularly Ryan Edwards) was extremely professional, courteous and prompt to respond to any of my questions. Mister Earwood represent me in court so I didn’t have drive all the way from Atlanta to Bryson City. I can’t say enough good for his firm and staff. He not only represented me in court but also reduced my ticket from a 65 in a 45 to a 50 in a 45. I would very highly recommend him if you have traffic violation in North Carolina. My wife got into some trouble in Franklin NC. Mr. Earwood helped us and was very honest about everything. When sentencing came around the judge was impressed with all we had done on the advice of Mr. Earwood and gave us the best sentence we could have hoped for. I recommend Mr. Earwood highly to anyone in trouble.

I am beyond pleased that we hired Mr. Earwood to defend my son in a DUI case. Not knowing the system, I was afraid my son would have no chance of a positive outcome. Mr Earwood knows court system and the law. Being a native of Western NC, I think, is a great asset in a defense especially when it accompanies legal knowledge and obvious respect of the court.
