I was the victim in this case and Joshua Bushnell was throwing question after question at me to where I had no time to answer the first 100000000 he had asked me. He was so unprofessional and rude that I hope that this business is shut down due to the disrespect and audacity of objecting eve little thing I said. 😒 yal are so unprofessional it's a wonder why yall arw even still able to be an attorney agency. So either learn respect or I will have yall shut down for having attorneys that harass people who arw the victims on the stand

I received at speeding ticket in Haywood County, NC. While I received solicitations from other firms I chose Nielsen because an attorney friend recommended him. He was great. He did not try to scare me into using his firm. He said he would do his best and that it what he did.

These guys were a pleasure to deal with! The team (Especially Angela, she deserves two raises at least) is amazing! They gave me step by step instructions to be most efficient with my time and provided links to make the process easy! Any emails I sent were answered within 24 hours and they were always happy to jump on a call. The team made everything super easy for me, and when it came time for finish everything up they sent me an email and within seconds of tricking the email I got a follow up call. They’re the best. Highly recommend!

Terrible attorney! Didn’t remember my name during our meeting and represented me like a court appointed attorney even though I paid nearly $3,000 for his service. Better off representing yourself
