Nielsen Legal is very professional, attentive, and has given great service.

Contacted them to handle a moving traffic violation. Extremely honest law office and highly professional and extremely responsive. Responded very quickly to emails and questions and never once offered me anything other than will do the absolute best for you that we possibly can. A moving violation, speeding, on I-40. I asked for their services because I didn't want the points on my license or insurance. Mr. Nielsen handled it for me and the charge was reduced to improper equipment and no points for a non-moving violation. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I hired Mr. Nielsen to handle a speeding ticket, 70mph in a 55mph zone on I-40 coming back from Pigeon Forge, TN. They recommended I complete the NC Defensive Driving Course which I did and was thankful I did, I actually learned a few things about driving in NC that I was unfamiliar with. The course was not free but money well spent. I also didn't want the points on my drivers license or my insurance and Mr. Nielsen handled that for me and the speeding charge was reduced to improper equipment, yes I paid a fine but the important thing was no points on either my license or my insurance. His fee was extremely reasonable and his office is highly professional and extremely responsive. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I need legal services in Haywood County again he will be the one I will hire.

I am retired Army, live out of state and I needed a lawyer in Haywood County to handle my case. I needed to take my ex-wife to court because she was receiving more of my military retirement pay than she was authorized. I called numerous law firms in the area and talked to their secretaries/paralegals and they told me a lawyer will call me back within 48 hours.
