Awesome customer service & was attended very professional by all the workers there.

I had a wonderful experience with David & Associate's whole team. I was rear-ended twice, 20 days apart in December 2022. They handled my case, explained the process to me, and got me a fair settlement. I recommend this team! They are thorough and respond quickly.

I was very disappointed in my dealing with this company, and I will never give them any business again . From hearing other people's encounter with them, I am not the only person they've taken advantage of. They drag out the case and then bring you an offer that is less than what you have lost. They've actually been sued for withholding funds from someone that I personally know.

Money hungry lawyers that rush a settlement and say "you're not going to get more than this". Got 50k from a double compound fracture and back has scraping disks. 20k after their fees and hospital bills paid. 14 years later, I'm only 32 and have the body of an old woman. Can't do barely anything due to lingering affects. My friend in the car with me used a different attorney and waited it out. She got more than I did a year later and all she had was a bruised knee from it hitting the glove box. So them saying that's all I'll get was a bunch of rubbish. They just wanted a quick buck and didn't care about the outcome or lifelong affect it would have on their client. I deal with daily body pain and decided to finally leave a review. And you won't "see me in your system" because this has my married name now but my wreck was so bad, it was in the paper and y'all really didn't care. My ex owned an insurance company and said I should of got 100s of thousands from that accident.

Definitely recommend this firm , they helped me through the whole process and my case manager , Leigh hicks always answered any questions I had regarding my case.
