Not good lawyers very disrespectful my grandmother got in a car accident over the summer and they fell to do anything to help her they didn't even pay for her medical bills. Can't get a simple call back from a lawyer. Lawyers tend to always be at lunch. We are very angry and upset. And will never get back here again

Hands down the best female personal injury attorney in Wilmington and the surrounding areas. She talked to me anytime I needed to talk to ask questions. She made sure I was completely taken care of the day of my wreck. She made sure I saw a doctor and got into a rental car the SAME DAY.

Mr. David and Mr. Everhart were so compassionate and helpful with my daughter's auto accident. We did not have to deal with the insurance company or the person who injured her and had a good outcome from a bad situation. I recommend David & Associates highly.
