The knowledgeable staff there at Wallace were always prompt to answer our calls, questions, or anything else that we needed in a very prompt manner. These folks are great! They answer your questions, and as important answer your phone calls. No wonder they were voted the best law firm in Wilmington.

I got into a car accident and a friend referred me to David and Associates. They always addressed my concerns and answered any questions that I had. They always got back to me as well if I called and left a voicemail which is really nice because it’s hard being on the side where you’re not sure what’s going on. It was a good experience!

We came to D. Stuart Smith with David and Associates after a previous lawyer could not get a suitable settlement. Not every case can expect the same results but Mr. Smith was able to get our settlement doubled. It took a little more time and effort but he saw the potential for the case rather than advising us to just settle like the previous attorney had. He was very easy to work with, great communications and we are very thankful we found him. Highly recommend!

Three days after my accident the insurance company called and offered me a thousand dollars, I didn’t take it because I thought these guys could do better, well after over two and a half years my settlement ended up being 1600$. So basically they’re getting a third of my money to get me an extra 600$. From the moment I walked in that office, I have done nothing but waste time and money. Then to add insult to injury it’s been over two weeks since I settled and I still haven’t got my money, and guess who I can’t get to return my call....David and associates. I cannot stress the complete waste of time and money this experience has been. Do yourself a favor shop around for your attorney, don’t just pick the first one you see on a phone book.
