David and Associates met my expectations and beyond. Mr. Everhart was very professional throughout and beyond the entire process. Satisfied and would do business with in the future.

David and Associates represented us after an auto accident July, 2020. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but the great responsiveness of the staff got the 4 stars. They were responsive and helpful; however, there were and are outstanding administrative details that have lingered and been a source of great distress. Had I known, or been aware of, the problems that would result from continued Medicare denials of our unrelated future medical claims, I would not have accepted settlement or allowed our cases to be closed until this had been addressed and resolved. I caution Medicare enrollees who are involved in an accident to be aware of the potential for this to occur if not brought to your attention by your attorney and to have it addressed. It’s been over a year and a half since our accident and we are still having to deal with the issue of Medicare denying claims that have nothing to do with the it. In many ways, this has caused us more anguish than the accident itself.

They treated me like family . Kept me updated on everything that was going on they made sure I was taken care of . And did not stop until I was satisfied with what I was getting back. I recommend this company to anyone that needs help in a case. They are the BEST of the BEST....
